IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

  • To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them

  • Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items unless it was sent to you incorrect.

  • Return must be made within 14 days of the order being received by customer.

  • Accessories, Jewelry, & Hats are final sale.

Please click on order status as the top of the page and fill out your order number and zipcode (of the delivery address). You can then select what item(s) you want to return and reason. This will create a return shipping label for you to send your item(s) back. We will issue you store credit once it's been received and processed, minus shipping. Allow 5-7 days after delivery for processing.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received an incorrect item that doesn’t match your original order or your item(s) is damaged when received, you MUST email returns@jelizabethhelp.zendesk.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Please send pictures of wrong/damaged item(s) when emailing us. Once approved we will give you a Return Authorization number along with a prepaid shipping label to make your return. Please download the return form and include in package as well. Once item(s) is received, we will process your return and issue a store credit or refund.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT A RETURN FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND SENT BACK “RETURN TO SENDER”.

We do not reship/refund orders that are reported as missing later than 30 days after the estimated delivery time

***If packages come back to us “RETURN TO SENDER” due to incorrect address, the items will go back into our inventory and the order will need to be placed by the customer again.***

INDEPENDENT STYLIST APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Non-Solicitation

Subject to compliance, you may participate, partner with, or market for direct sales companies which do not compete with J. Elizabeth, or sell the same or similar products.

The word “recruit” is defined as the actual or attempted sponsorship, solicitation, enrollment, encouragement, or effort to influence in any other way, either directly, indirectly, or through a third party, another Stylist to enroll or participate in another multilevel marketing, affiliate program, network marketing or direct sales opportunity.

If found soliciting, J.Elizabeth holds the right to terminate your Stylist account immediately. Following the cancellation of your Stylist Agreement, and for a period of six (6) calendar months thereafter, you agree that you shall not recruit any Stylist for another network marketing or direct sales business.

During the term of enrollment with J. Elizabeth and for a period of six (6) calendar months after, you may not use any social media marketing avenues (including but not limited to: Facebook pages and groups, Instagram, Emails, etc.) in which you have promoted the J. Elizabeth business opportunities or J. Elizabeth's products either directly or indirectly to recruit Stylists for another direct sales or network marketing opportunity. In furtherance of this provision, you agree that you shall not take any action that may reasonably be foreseen to result in inviting an inquiry from other Stylists relating to your other direct selling business activities.

You recognize and agree that because network marketing is conducted through networks of independent contractors across The United States and Canada, and business is commonly conducted via the internet and telephone, an effort to narrowly limit the geographic scope of this non-solicitation provision would render it wholly ineffective. Therefore, you agree that this non-solicitation provision shall apply to the United States and Canadian markets in which Stylists are located. This provision shall survive the termination or expiration of the Stylist Agreement.

All users must agree to our Terms of Service prior to becoming a J.Elizabeth paid user. Below is our no SPAM policy. If any of our paid users are reported for SPAM, the spam report will be looked into immediately.

What is Spamming?

An email is SPAM if it has been sent to an email address where the recipient does not have the knowledge you will be sending the email. You must not send Spam via our service or send Spam that in any way implicates our services by including the jelizabethboutqiue.com or any of our associated domains.

This includes mentioning a J.Elizabeth email address or URL in any bulk email message or sending a message to an email address that was not requested from you. You must not send Spam via our service or send Spam using any other service that in any way implicates our system by including the domains or any other web site associate with J.Elizabeth. This includes mentioning a J.Elizabeth email address or URL in any bulk email message using our service or any other bulk mailing vendor.

Spamming consists of sending unsolicited email messages to any recipient with whom you do not have a personal, professional or business relationship. It also consists of, but is not limited to:

  • Chat Room Solicitations. Solicitations posted in chat rooms or by use of instant messaging systems.
  • Usenet and Message Board Spamming. These are messages that are sent or posted and are misleading to potential referrals and are unrelated to the topic of discussion.
  • Hiring a company that is mailing out to a list of people with your opportunity that did not specifically request to receive your information beforehand is considered Spam.
  • Buying a list of emails from a third party and individually or bulk emailing them is considered Spam.
  • Buying a list of emails from a J.Elizabeth non approved third party lead vendor and individually or bulk emailing them is considered Spam. There are certain cases when the use of a list obtained from an approved J.Elizabeth third party lead vendor may be acceptable. In order for a mailing to a third party list to be acceptable under our unsolicited email policies, the following rules must be adhered to:
  1. The email addresses obtained by the third party must be strictly opt-in, and follow all of our policies regarding opt-in email list collection, including ip address and time/date stamp on each lead.
  2. The third party assembling the email list must make a clear disclosure stating that recipients' addresses ARE provided to others.
  3. The third party must be able to provide documentation regarding the validity of the addresses in case of an unsolicited email complaint.
  4. Any messages sent to addresses obtained from a third party must contain information disclosing the source of the addresses.
  5. The content of messages sent to addresses from a third party list must be consistent with the disclosure made to the recipients upon initial provision of the email address.
  6. All leads must have opted in no more than 60 days prior to you sending them email through our system.

We will absolutely and positively NOT tolerate Spam at J.Elizabeth! We reserve the right to determine what violates our No SPAM Policy.

If after investigation of a Spam complaint originated from your system, we determine that you have violated our Spam Policy, you will:

  • Have your backoffice account, jelizabethboutqiue.com web site(s) immediately terminated without a refund of any kind.
  • Forfeit use of all J.Elizabeth services.
  • Be banned from establishing a future J.Elizabeth account
  • Be reported to your Internet Service Provider.
  • Be reported to other proper authorities to take action against you.
